Standard shipping is free.

Our shipping timelines are:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-6)

  • Handling Time: 3–4 business days

  • Transit Time: 5–13 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8–17 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not presented as guaranteed delivery dates.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days from delivery.

To request a return, contact info@daranora.com before sending an item back. Daranora will review the request and, if approved, provide the applicable return instructions.

Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges, and Daranora charges no restocking fee.

Once an approved return is received, it will be inspected within 1–3 business days. Following inspection and approval, an eligible refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges are available for eligible products.

Orders may be canceled before shipment. If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
