Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided the items are returned in new and unused condition. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item may not qualify for a return or exchange.
Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 40 days from the date of delivery. Any requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for processing.
Return Method and Process
All returns and exchanges are processed by mail only. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@vilanesse.com Once your request has been approved, you will receive a return label to download and print, which must be securely attached to the package prior to shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping is offered free of charge. Vilanesse covers the full cost of return shipping for all approved returns and exchanges.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for any returns or exchanges.
Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 20 days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, and a confirmation email will be sent once the transaction has been completed. Please note that all refunds are processed in USD. If your payment was made in another currency, your financial institution may apply its own conversion rates or fees, which are beyond our control.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, our customer service team will guide you through the process once your request is approved. Exchanges are always subject to product availability at the time of processing.
