At Daranora, we want the return process to be clear from the start—no hunting around in the dark for important policy details. This Return & Refund Policy explains how return requests, exchanges, cancellations, inspections, and refunds are handled for eligible Daranora orders.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To begin a return, please contact info@daranora.com within the 30-day return window. Your request must be reviewed and approved before you send the product back.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact info@daranora.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, full name, the item involved, and the reason for your request.

  3. Daranora will review your request.

  4. If your return is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions, including where and how the item should be sent.

  5. Follow the approved return instructions when sending the product back.

  6. Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected within 1–3 business days.

  7. Following inspection and approval, an eligible refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Please do not send an item back before receiving approval and return instructions from Daranora.

Important Return Address Information

Our Operating Address is provided for business identification and transparency. It is not designated as our Return Address.

Please do not send returns to our Operating Address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of your approved return instructions.

The applicable return destination and instructions will be provided as part of the approved return process. Sending an item somewhere other than the destination provided in your approved return instructions may interfere with the processing of your return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges.

After your request is reviewed and approved, Daranora will provide the applicable return shipping instructions. Follow those instructions when sending your product back.

Restocking Fee

Daranora charges no restocking fee for approved returns or exchanges.

Inspection and Refunds

Once your returned product is received, Daranora will inspect it within 1–3 business days.

Following inspection and approval, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Daranora transactions are processed in USD.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible products.

To request an exchange, contact info@daranora.com. We will review your request and, if approved, provide the applicable exchange and return instructions.

Return shipping is free for approved exchanges, and no restocking fee is charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your lighting product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at info@daranora.com and provide your order information along with a description of the issue.

We will review the information and provide the appropriate instructions based on your request.

For a lighting product that appears damaged or incorrect, please contact us before proceeding with installation so that we can review the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If you would like to request a cancellation, contact info@daranora.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and the applicable return process should be followed instead.
