Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Any order placed before 17:00 PM (GMT-5) will be processed on the same business day, subject to product availability. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. Please note that no orders are processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Handling Time

Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared for shipment within a minimum of 1 business day and a maximum of 4 business days. All handling activities are carried out from Monday to Friday.

Transit Time

Following dispatch, the delivery timeframe ranges from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping destination within the United States. Deliveries are made on business days only, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

By combining both handling and transit times, customers can expect their orders to arrive within 6–14 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or additional costs for standard delivery.
