For approved returns, Daranora provides a prepaid downloadable return shipping label. Customers can download, print, and attach the approved return label to the return package.

There is no charge to the customer for the approved return shipping label, and Daranora does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns or exchanges.

For lighting products such as chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, and lamps, items should be returned in new and unused condition and should not be installed, modified, damaged during installation, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Refunds are processed within 20 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
